Your Charles Nelson Bennett was a brother of my g-grendmother Mary Lucenda Bennett who m. Henry Johns in Vermilion Co. I can go back two more generations through Caleb (m. Elizabeth Blankenship)and Charles (m. Susannah Huff in OH). I also don't have much info on either the Blankenship or Huff families. Not too many people seem to be working on these lines. Any info you have would be appreciated.

Fannie B. Bennett

F, #8959, born bef 9 Sep 1868, died 9 Sep 1868

Parents

Biography

  • Fannie B. Bennett was born before 9 September 1868.
  • She died on 9 September 1868 at Potomac Cemetery in Vermilion County, Illinois, It's likely that "Martha" is a nickname for Elizabeth Blankenship Bennett; making Fannie her child. I don't believe that Caleb married a "Martha" between the death of Elizabeth on 15 Feb 1865 and his re-marriage to Sarah on 3 Dec 1865.1
