    OBITUARY
    Brotherton
    Mrs. Elizabeth E. Brotherton, beloved wife of O. P. Brotherton, died at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon at the family residence, No. 1221 Wisconsin street, of heart trouble, aged 54 years. Deceased was born in this state and had been a resident of Racine for many years. She was a kind hearted and generous woman, a true Christian and was held in the highest esteem by a large circle of friends. She was the mother of William Brotherton, ensign on the United States Cruiser Cincinnati, now with Sampson's fleet in Cuban waters. besides him, she leaves a husband, a second son and one daughter. The funeral will take place on Friday afternoon at at 2 o'clock from the house.
