George Stacy was born in 1784 in Kentucky.1 He and Mary Ann Shindler were married on 3 November 1818 in Shelby County, Kentucky.2,3,4,5 He died before 12 November 1821 in Clark County, Indiana.1,4 He was buried before 1823 at Stacy Cemetery in Utica Township, Clark County, Indiana.6,7
