Daniel Ermel, Sr., was born about 1754. He and Christina ("Christiana") Pershing were married about 1781.1,2 He died between 24 August 1805 and 24 April 1806 in Unity Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania.3
Daniel Ermel, Sr., was also known as Daniel Armel. He witnessed the oathallegiance of Thomas Winter on 30 July 1778 in Pennsylvania.
